Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
A: We only accept return within 5 days of purchase only if the item has not been opened or damaged.
Q: I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?
A: Returns must be done \within 5 days of purchases in person with the receipt. Please verify what your buying as to avoid any problems.
Q: Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?
A: Yes but if there is a cost difference then you may need to pay the difference.
Q: Am I able to return through USPS?
A: Yes you can but the receipt will also have to be included within the package.
Q: Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?
A: No we don't. We only accept Debit/Credit, EBT, and cash.
Q: Do you charge sales tax on any item?
A: Our food items aren't taxed but beauty products and beverages are.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We only accept Debit/Credit, EBT, and cash.
Q: What can cause my order to be delayed?
A: Once we ship your order the package will be out of our hands but you will be provided a USPS tracking number. Any inquires as to why your package hasn't arrived yet will have to be directed to USPS.
Q: Can I pay with multiple Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Pre-Paid Gift Cards?
A: We accept all debit/credit cards however only one card can be used to pay.
