Ola Ola yam Flour is made from yam, which is cut into pieces and left to dry, and they are then ground together to form smooth flour. The freshness is preserved with sodium bisulfite and BHT. It can be prepared by using hot water heated to a boiling point and then spread over the flour. It can be eaten with any type of soup.
